We work with serious minded players from age 5 on up

What skill level should my son be at? top

That depends on your son, how much ability he has, how hard he is willing to work and what type of instruction he receives. Not only the type of instruction but how long has he gotten that instruction.

Can you teach more than one student at a time? top

Yes, of course

Is there a discount for 2 students at a time? top

No, we put too much into our program and players.

What form of payment do you accept? top

WE WILL ACCEPT CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT CARD.  We will also offer payment terms to honest and reputable adults.  We would expect that you abide by the terms and make payments when they are due.  Please inquire if interested.

What are your biggest pet peeves? top

Kids not paying attention, disrespect and wasted talent by not working as hard as you can.

What is your refund policy? top

We do not offer any refunds. You are making a commitment and need to honor it just like we will.

What type of lessons do you provide? top

We train our players in all positions including pitching and hitting as well as speed and agility, strength and core stabilization and eye enhancement recognition.

What teaching aides do you use? top

We use the latest technology as well as set plans for each player and track progress through quantitative analysis. We currently use the Core Velocity Belt by Lance Wheeler to get pitchers to “feel” their mechanics and stop thinking about their mechanics. Each student goes through a MLB Field Test prior to commencement of lessons to gauge where they are currently at.

Do you sell baseball equipment? top

At times, we do. When we can get a very good deal on products, we will purchase them and sell them to our students at discounted rates.

Have you worked with Elite players before? top

Many. We have several players now in the minor leagues and numerous others playing at the college level.

Do you have experience with helping kids in the recruiting process? top

Absolutely, including my own son. When I ran the NJ EXPLOSION Travel Teams for 5 years, that was a major part of my job.

Do you teach speed and agility? top

Yes, we do and we are very good at it.

Do you develop a plan for students? top

Each student gets his own tailor made plan to assure development and progress. The first thing we do with each student is to set his baseline. Without knowing where he is, you cannot set realistic goals.

Do you teach full time or only part time? top

This is my business and it is full time.

Are you fingerprinted and have had a background check? top

Yes, I have had FBI background checks completed on myself for everyone’s benefit. I am bonded and have a very clean record. Your son’s safety is my priority.

Are you CPR Certified? top

Yes, I am certified by the American Heart Association for both CPR & AED.

At what level did you play at? top

I was a 4 year starter and drafted out of St. Peter’s Prep in Jersey City, I also pitched for D1 St. Peter’s University and worked out with the NY Mets for several months.
